Scanpile Foundation & Engineering Co.,Ltd is a Joint Venture Company established by Singapore (Bethnal Construction Pte Ltd, Chuan Lin Piling Construction Pte Ltd & Shingtai Piling Pte Ltd) and Myanmar (Aung Myin Pyae Sone Co.,Ltd.).
AMPS (AUNG MYIN PYAE SONE CO.,LTD.).
AM Construction was founded in 2002 and the new company was named as Aung Myin Pyae Sone Co.,Ltd (AMPS) in 2010. Since 2002, AMPS have completed various Housing Projects as well as Infrastructure Development of the Department of Human Settlement & Housing Development under the Ministry of Construction. Moreover, they are developing high-rise buildings incorporated with the Yangon City Development Committee as well as with private landowners.
SHINGTAI PILING PTE LTD.
Shingtai Piling Pte Ltd was incorporated in January 1996 and since then it has steadily grown to become one of the well known piling contractor in Singapore. Shingtai Piling Pte Ltd specializes in a range of piling system such as Driven & Jack-in Precast Concrete Piles, Driven & Jack-in Steel Piles, Driven & Bored Micro-Piling and Sheet piling.
CHUAN LIN PILING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD.
Chuan Lin was established and incorporated in 1998, with a current estimated workforce of 100 workers. Chuan Lin Piling Construction Pte Ltd specialise in piling works such as Reinforced Concrete Piles, Micro Piles, H-piles, Sheet Piles, Pile Load Testing, Ground Stabilization and Rental of equipment services.
Bethnal construction was established since 1981, the Company’s principal activity is in the construction of good quality medium size building projects. They are focused in delivering complete buildings with exceptional quality finishes exceeding all expectations of our Clients. We have completed numerous projects, working closely with well-known architects and engineers over the past 28 years. These projects include luxurious bungalows, mid-range to upper-range landed houses, hotels and hotel interiors, apartments and condominiums.
